Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner - Term Time

Support vulnerable children and young people to improve their mental health, emotional wellbeing and life opportunities through bespoke outreach interventions. Working across Bicester and surrounding Oxfordshire areas, you will deliver 1:1 support programmes in homes, schools and community settings, assess individual needs, develop tailored support plans, and work closely with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. This is a field-based, term-time only role (41 weeks per year) with regular travel required.
