Job summary

Oxfordshire Mind is seeking a Wellbeing Worker (18+ private model) to deliver person-centred 1-to-1 sessions in Oxfordshire. This casual locum role involves working across sites to support individuals experiencing mental health or wellbeing challenges, helping them access local services and build coping skills.

The role requires collaboration, strong listening skills, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, wellbeing or similar environments.
• Ability to travel to different sites to deliver face-to-face sessions.
• Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-to-1 wellbeing sessions using a person-centred approach.
