Godden Lodge Care Home is a 123 bed care home located in Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex, close to the coast. Providing residential, nursing and dementia care, the home offers a welcoming and friendly environment with comfortable shared spaces, landscaped gardens and plenty of opportunities for Residents to pursue their hobbies, socialise and spend time with family and friends. Colleagues work as part of an experienced and caring team, providing personalised support and high quality care that helps Residents feel valued and supported.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
