Job summary

Eight Corp Ltd is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support learners at a college in Barnstaple. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners, including those with SEND, helping them access their studies and build confidence.

The role is part-time with up to 30 hours across five days. A patient, communicative approach and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service are essential to ensure a safe learning environment.

Job description

Hours: Up to 30 hours over 5 days, or part-time

Contract: Temporary / Ongoing

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support learners at a college in Barnstaple.

The role will involve providing 1:1 and small-group support to learners, including those with SEND and additional learning needs, helping them access their studies and develop confidence and independence.

About You

Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Learning Mentor or similar would be beneficial. Experience supporting learners with SEND is desirable.
