Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Equipment Technician to service and repair tail lifts, electric seats, and vehicle heaters with a mobile setup, covering Berkshire, Hertfordshire and M25 westbound routes.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, with paid overtime at 1.5x and an annual bonus, plus ongoing manufacturer training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience with HGV/LCV/cars/forklifts/plant equipment.
• Interest in automotive electrical and mechanical systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own tools and ideally a vehicle for work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair tail lifts, side steps, electric seats, and vehicle heaters.
• Perform visual inspections and adjustments on various vehicles and boats.
• Carry out fluid changes, operating adjustments and equipment replacement.
• Work in all weather conditions with mobile equipment supplied.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers.
• Cover Berkshire, Hertfordshire, and westbound areas on the M25.
