Acuity Care Group is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to assist a young woman with complex care needs in her family home. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, enabling independence while ensuring safety and comfort.

Shift Pattern:1 x 16-hour contract: 11am-15:00pm, 11am-16:00pm and 22:00pm-07:00am
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to support an individual with complex care needs and learning disabilities in her family home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by promoting independence and enhancing quality of life within a supportive environment.
You will support a friendly 33-year-old woman who enjoys arts and crafts, pampering, shopping, and spending time with her pets. She has Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) and associated neurological complications, requiring consistent, person-centred care. Her needs include tracheostomy care and suctioning, PEG feeding for all nutrition and medication, management of steroid-dependent adrenal insufficiency, and monitoring of low blood pressure. She is a wheelchair user and uses a standing frame daily to support her wellbeing.
