Forever Savvy seeks an Access to Work Support Worker to assist a visually impaired employee. You will provide practical workplace help, enabling safe and independent performance of duties. The Access to Work Support Worker will provide practical workplace support to an employee with a visual impairment, enabling them to carry out their role safely, effectively and independently.
The post holder will assist with tasks where visual support is required, whilst promoting the employee's autonomy, dignity and independence at all times. The Support Worker will not be responsible for carrying out the employee's role on their behalf but will provide assistance to enable them to undertake their duties.
