Job summary

Avenues in Lee-on-the-Solent is seeking Experienced Support Workers to assist a male adult with disabilities in his own home. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support social connections while promoting independence.

Shifts include early morning, afternoon, and sleep-ins. Part-time hours are available, and you must hold a UK driving licence to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Experience as a Support Worker and ability to work alone.

Responsibilities

• Support a male adult with disabilities in his own home.
• Provide ongoing personal care including some physiotherapy and medication administration.
• Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence.

The Role
