Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician for a reputable Northumberland dealership. The role focuses on high standards of servicing and repairs, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates are experienced technicians or those progressing from apprenticeships, with access to manufacturer training schemes and a clear career progression path. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with optional overtime to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Formal automotive qualification desirable (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3).
• Own set of tools.
• Full UK driving license.
• MOT license desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and general faults.
• Complete work in accordance with DVSA regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
• Carry out all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required.

We are currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable, family-run franchised dealership in Northumberland. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals or those progressing from apprenticeships who are eager to develop their career within a well-established dealership. The Vehicle Technician will be integral to delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repair, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

• Basic salary of up to £38,500
• On-target earnings around £43,900
• No weekend work – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
• Optional overtime to increase earnings
• £500 annual tools allowance
