Smith & Western is seeking a dynamic Head Chef for our Addlestone kitchen, part of a growing South East group. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensuring high-quality food service across our outlets. You will mentor staff, maintain standards, and drive excellence in every dish.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus tips, with a focus on consistent quality, efficiency, and adherence to health and hygiene regulations. Join a supportive team environment with room for growth.
