Job summary

Fortus Recruitment are representing a maintenance contractor seeking a Repairs Supervisor to join their property services division on a new contract in the SN & RG postal areas. You will oversee a reactive repairs service and void refurbishments across scattered housing properties.

• Day to day supervision of operatives.
• Pre & Post inspections of works.
• Organising and allocating operative workload in association with the program.
• Tool box talks & health and safety monitoring.
• Using NHF SOR to price works.
• Travelling between properties.
• Liaising with the client and tenants over works.

Responsibilities

• Nightly oversight of operatives and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and schedule reactive repairs and void refurbishments.
• Ensure quality, health & safety compliance and timely reporting.
