Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd in London seeks an experienced Repairs Supervisor to oversee reactive repairs and inspections within the social housing sector. You will manage a team of operatives, liaise with tenants, and ensure high-quality workmanship within agreed timeframes.

Ideal candidates will hold SSSTS and NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade, plus a clean UK driving license. This is a full-time, permanent role based in East / North London with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social housing repairs or maintenance, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the reactive repairs process and associated admin tasks.
• SSSTS certification and NVQ Level 3 in a relevant trade.
• Clean, full UK driving licence for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of operatives to deliver reactive repairs and maintenance.
• Allocate jobs to operatives based on skills and availability.
• Monitor progress and ensure works meet targets and standards.
• Oversee reactive repairs and coordinate emergency repairs as needed.
• Carry out pre-inspections to scope work and post-inspections for quality checks.
• Act as tenant liaison and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations and reporting.
