Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repairs team, covering the Nottingham area. You will carry out joinery, plumbing, tiling and other trades in occupied properties, delivering practical improvements with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,530 for a 39-hour week, with on-target earnings up to £39,586 plus bonus, overtime and call out.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for improving people's homes.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety first – safety is central to the role and customers.
• Multi trade work – complete works within occupied properties (joinery, plumbing, tiling and more).
• Problem solving – fault finding in domestic settings to resolve issues.
