Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd in Birmingham is seeking experienced trade operatives to join a brand new long-term social housing contract starting in November. Roles include Multi Trade Operative, Plumber and Carpenter, with opportunities to contribute to repairs and improvements in residents' homes.

You will work in occupied properties, maintain high safety standards, and enjoy a competitive package with weekly pay, 39-hour weeks, a company van, uniform, pension and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety first—safety is central to every task.
• Multi-trade work in occupied residential properties (joinery, plumbing, plastering).
• Customer-focused work in domestic environments with residents and teams.
• Problem solving to resolve faults in domestic settings.
• Responsive repairs including emergency call-outs on a rota.
