Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced plasterer for reactive maintenance within occupied social housing properties in Brixton and surrounding areas.

You will carry out patching, bonding, skimming and repairs, delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service. A valid driving licence and CSCS card are required; the role offers ongoing work and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plastering.
• Blue CSCS Card in Plastering or equivalent.
• Experience working in domestic or social housing properties.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive plastering repairs within occupied properties.
• Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good.
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings.
• Complete minor multi-trade works where required.
• Deliver a high standard of work and customer service.

Rate: £21.00 per hour CIS

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week)

Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm

Key Duties

• Carry out reactive plastering repairs within occupied properties
• Patch plastering, bonding, skimming and making good
• Repair damaged walls and ceilings
• Complete minor associated multi-trade works where required
• Deliver a high standard of work and good customer service

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plastering or a relevant trade
• Alternatively, a Blue CSCS Card in Plastering or a similar trade
• Experience working within domestic or social housing properties
• Full UK Driving Licence
