Job summary

Mobile Broadband Network Limited in Reading is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Lead to own how reactive tickets are assessed, prioritised, allocated, and increasingly automated. This role blends operational leadership with process and automation thinking to protect service levels and drive efficiency.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in the Central Reading office. You will apply risk-based decision making, enforce warranties and defects obligations, and design smarter

Qualifications

• Strong experience in reactive maintenance, service operations, or workflow control within complex environments.
• Ability to apply risk-based decision making in fast-moving situations.
• Understanding contracts, warranties, defect liability, and supplier obligations.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming reactive maintenance tickets and validate prioritisation based on risk and impact.
• Allocate work to the right resolving agent while protecting SLAs and capacity.
• Define attributes for smarter bundling by geography and skill with suppliers.
• Design rules-based logic for automated triage and workflow optimisation.
