Qualifications

• Familiarity with maintenance software (SimPro) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise reactive maintenance tasks and allocate resources.
• Oversee operations with engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor progress, costs and KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Act as liaison for clients, engineers and management; ensure safety, quality and standards.
