Job summary

Mobile Broadband Network Limited (MBNL) is seeking a delivery-focused professional to manage inspection and maintenance across its passive infrastructure. You will drive safe, on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance.

You will challenge suppliers, monitor KPIs, capture inspection data, and support operational decisions and future planning. A hybrid role with regular Reading office presence, collaborating across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering through third-party suppliers or service providers.
• Experience in infrastructure asset management, construction, engineering or telecoms.
• Strong Health & Safety understanding in infrastructure or construction environments.
• Experience managing delivery against budgets, KPIs and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of planned inspection and maintenance across passive infrastructure.
• Ensure work is safe, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage suppliers against KPIs, contractual requirements and safety policies.
• Capture accurate inspection data to inform decisions and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement with suppliers and internal teams.
• Respond to changing priorities and urgent requirements, including storm events.
• Represent MBNL in supplier governance forums and update senior stakeholders.
