Job summary

Miller’s Vanguard is seeking an experienced Reactive Engineer to support our Coffee Division. You will service and repair commercial coffee machines and related equipment on customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service while traveling regionally or nationally as needed. The position offers a full-time schedule with on-call components and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Reactive Engineer servicing commercial coffee equipment.
• Knowledge of Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR) and WSE documentation.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally or nationally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial coffee machines and related equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, water-system, and pressure-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with PSSR and complete WSE where required.
• Provide accurate service reports and documentation.
• Maintain vehicle stock and company van cleanliness.
• Travel regionally or nationally as required.
