This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What will my day look like?
You will attend property inspection requests within timescales set, liaising with Customers, other housing staff and property professionals to diagnose defects and building pathology and report defects that warrant action in accordance with the Council’s Maintenance and Repair Policy as well as the post inspection of work carried out by our in-house staff and sub-contractors.
