As a Repairs and Voids Support Officer, you will provide high-quality technical and administrative support to our Repairs and Voids teams, helping to coordinate work, maintain accurate records, manage financial processes and support service performance.

Working closely with operational managers, contractors and colleagues across the service, you'll help ensure repair requests, void property activities and related administrative processes are managed effectively and in line with performance targets.

You will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Repairs and Voids Service.
