AMFRESH Group in Peterborough is hiring a Reach Truck Operative on a permanent, weekly-paid contract. The role involves safely operating a reach truck, picking and labeling pallets, and coordinating with admin to meet dispatch times. The shift is 4 on, 4 off (17:45 to 06:15) with an hourly rate of £13.90, paid weekly. Training is provided for licensing or licence upgrades where needed.

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Reach Truck Operative at our Peterborough site. This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

As an AMFRESH Reach Truck Operative, you will:

• You will operate a reach truck safely in the warehouse
• You will pick, scan, and label finished goods pallets.
• You will coordinate with the administrator to meet out-load times and volumes.
• You will support trailer plans and complete intake/despatch paperwork.

About You

To be a successful Reach Truck Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:

• Ability to work independently and meet hourly targets.
• Previous experience of any MHE, whether inhouse or licence (full training will be provided).
• Good all-round communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
