Job summary

Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to join the Department of Adults Social Care in the Bradford Reablement Service. You will work to support individuals to regain independence and perform daily living tasks in community settings.

A full UK driving licence is required and transport is provided. You must have a minimum RCF level 2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ).

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum RCF level 2 diploma in health and social care or equivalent (QCF/NVQ).
• Full UK (manual) driving licence required; transport is provided.

Responsibilities

• Re-able individuals in community settings.
• Support with daily living tasks.
• Document accurate records on digital devices.
• Support with personal cares.

• Attend emergency calls for people who have fallen or need help and support.
