Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).
• Full, valid driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to build confidence and independence.
• Work with carers, families and professionals to identify needs and respond.
• Use IT and electronic monitoring to keep accurate records.
