Job summary

Cera Care in Benfleet is seeking a Community Carer to support clients who recently left hospital, helping with personal care, meals and medications in their own homes. You will drive between visits and cover local areas with flexible shifts, including mornings, days, evenings and every other weekend.

You will be provided with DBS, a company mobile phone and a uniform, with training to help you grow within a supportive team focused on improving lives at home.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care assistant or caring for a loved one, or enjoy supporting others.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between visits.
• Full training provided to excel as a professional carer.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, assist with medications and meals.
• Visit clients in their own homes in Benfleet and surrounding areas.
• Travel between client visits using your own vehicle or company-supported transport.
