Job summary

Harvest View in Rowley Regis is seeking a motivated Reablement Care Assistant to help service users regain skills and confidence so they can return home. You will work with the Therapy and Management teams to follow person-centred plans and deliver compassionate support.

The role operates on a rota with variable contracts; early/late shifts, weekends and bank holidays. Open Morning on Friday 25 September 2026 from 9am to 12noon at Harvest View, 28 Harvest Road, Rowley Regis.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a care setting and working to CQC standards.
• Knowledge of person-centred care practices.

Responsibilities

• Focus on reablement and reducing long-term needs.
• Promote well-being and independence.
• Reduce admissions back into hospital.
