Qualifications

• Experience in RDC or logistics operations
• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Strong customer service and contractor liaison abilities

Responsibilities

• Maximise RDC sales and profitability by developing long-term B2B relationships
• Analyse RDC performance and cost data to identify improvement actions
• Communicate range developments and RDC performance to support sales
• Oversee recruitment, induction, performance reviews and staff development
• Plan staffing levels to maintain operational efficiency and respond to demand
• Ensure safety, security and compliance of RDC operations
• Coordinate with regional management and FPS sales team to drive growth
