A leading health care provider in Waterlooville is seeking a committed Registered Nurse for their CAMHS service. You will provide care for young people with eating disorders and support your colleagues. An excellent salary of £37,862 per annum is offered, along with a £3,000 Welcome Bonus and generous benefits including 33 days annual leave, free meals, and career development opportunities. Both day and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

  • Must have valid NMC Pin.
  • Experience with CAMHS and evidence of completed Preceptorship required.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in a CAMHS service based in the Waterlooville, Havant area.You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is an exceptional, modern CAMHS service which supports young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders

To be considered for this role you must be qualified as an Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

  • Providing high quality for patients suffering from personality disorders & autistic spectrum disorder with highly complex needs and behaviours
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice
  • Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
  • Mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team
  • Promoting professional development within the team

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • Must have experience within CAMHS
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
  • Ensure young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork
  • Must have completed your Preceptorship (with evidence) to be considered for this post

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £37,862 per annum.We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
