Job summary

Logical Personnel are seeking a RC Frame Site Manager for a large Civil project in Redcar. You will oversee construction, technical delivery and safety of reinforced concrete structures, basements and associated groundworks, ensuring works align with drawings, schedules and temporary works designs.

The role requires experience managing multi-storey RC frame and groundworks, with SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid at Work.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing RC frame projects and multi-storey structures.
• SMSTS certified and capable of enforcing safety on site.
• CSCS Black/Gold manager level & First Aid at Work certification.
• Ability to read and interpret complex civil/structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RC frame, basement and groundworks activities on site.
• Coordinate RC frame and groundworks subcontractors, labour teams and logistics.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, reinforcement schedules and temporary works designs.
• Enforce site safety protocols, risk assessments and method statements.
