The Compleat Food Group seeks a Raw Materials Coordinator at our Clitheroe site to ensure raw materials and packaging meet required specs and customer approvals. You will manage intake checks, maintain traceability with production, and address non-conformances with suppliers.

You will support audits, drive GMP and BRCGS readiness, train warehouse and QA staff, and report KPIs. Hours: Tue–Fri 11:00–19:30, Sat 6:30–15:00. Salary £33,738 per annum.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Level 3 HACCP knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Ability to communicate across departments.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and monitor BRCGS AA+ status.
• Ensure materials meet safety and quality specs.
• Coordinate paperwork and traceability with production.
• Lead supplier risk assessments and reviews.
• Audit readiness and GMP compliance.
• Train warehouse staff on procedures.
