Job summary

People Solutions are seeking an experienced FLT Reach Truck Driver for our client in Lichfield, West Midlands. The role offers Monday to Friday shifts, with a 09:00–18:00 window, and a pay rate of £13.30 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a valid Reach Truck licence and proven warehouse experience. The position includes weekly pay, ongoing work, and opportunities for progression within a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• A valid accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong spatial awareness and excellent attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Carry out daily pre-use vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Receive goods and store pallets within racking locations.
• Load, unload, and move stock using FLT equipment.
• Check quantity and quality of incoming/outgoing goods.
• Unpack, store and prepare goods for dispatch; organise stock locations.
• Support general warehouse operations and follow safety procedures.
