Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is assisting in recruiting a Production/FLT Operative for a full-time, temporary ongoing role in Runcorn. The position runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with duties including operating production machinery and forklifts, inspecting output, reporting shortages, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

The successful candidate will have a valid FLT licence (Counterbalance essential, Reach preferable), good communication skills, and a practical, precise approach to work in a

Qualifications

Valid, in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance essential; Reach preferable).
Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manufacture products to a high standard of quality.
Follow production procedures and safety guidelines, prioritising strict Health and Safety.
Check and report any quality issues or shortages to the relevant manager.
Operate Production Machines and FLT's safely in accordance with company processes.
Keep equipment and work areas clean, tidy and well maintained.
Support continuous improvement within the production team.
Complete relevant checks and records as required.
Promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the Production Manager or Shift Manager.
