Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of credit rating experience at a rating agency, insurer, or financial institution.
• Insurance sector experience and familiarity with insurance reporting is an asset.
• Strong judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication; collaborative at all levels.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
