Job summary

Brookfield is seeking a Rating Analyst for Brookfield Capital Solutions in London. You will perform credit analysis across asset classes, maintain internal ratings, and support regulatory requirements with rigorous documentation.

You will run stress tests and collaborate with Portfolio Management, Investments, Compliance/Legal, and external managers to align processes and methodologies, handling data and ad hoc requests with precision.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA or CFA progress is an asset.
• 2–3 years of credit rating experience in a rating agency or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and assign/maintain internal ratings across asset classes.
• Maintain rating methodologies with clear documentation and audit trail.
• Run stress tests and scenario analyses to assess downgrade risk and portfolio resilience.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Investments, Compliance/Legal, Operations, and external managers.
• Manage credit risk data and reporting, including ad hoc stakeholder requests.
