Job summary

MUVE Healthcare is looking for highly experienced Support Workers to join our Rapid Response Team. This full-time, shift-based role mobilises new complex care packages and stabilises existing services for young people aged 14+ with complex needs across multiple locations, with travel required.

Hours are 36–48 per week, across days, nights and weekends, at £20.00 per hour. You must have at least 3 years' experience in complex care, PMVA training, a full UK driving licence and access to your own

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience in complex care/support environments.
• Experience with young people 14+ with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
• Current PMVA or equivalent physical intervention training.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise new complex care packages and stabilise existing services.
• Provide direct support to young people aged 14+ with complex needs and behaviours.
• Manage high-risk situations including aggression and self-harm safely.
• Collaborate with MDT to ensure safe mobilisation and continuity of care.
• Complete accurate care records and incident reports.
