Job summary
Alcedo Care Limited is recruiting for a Complex Care Support Worker – Rapid Response Team in North Wales. You will help launch new complex care packages, delivering high-quality, client-focused care from day one across multiple services and locations.
The role requires a driving licence with access to a vehicle, and offers nurse-led training, funded NVQ options, and opportunities for career progression within a Top 20 Rated Home Care Group.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within health and social care.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Ability to travel across the Lancaster area and surrounding locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages.
- Deliver person-centred complex care, clinical support and mental health support within clients' homes.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure care plans and clinical protocols are followed to the highest standards.
- Work flexibly across different services and branch locations as required.
- Support clients with dignity, respect and compassion while promoting independence.
