Job summary

North East Community Care Limited is looking forRapid Response Care Assistants in Scotland to visit vulnerable adults at home, helping them stay independent and maintain dignity. You will handle morning routines, prepare meals, and provide companionship during shifts.

Training is paid, no prior experience required, and driving is supported with pool cars where needed. Shifts run from early morning to early evening, with flexibility around life commitments.

Pay:£13.45 per hour + Paid Mileage

Shifts available:07:00-13:00 hours and 17:00-22:00 hours

Job Description

What will you be doing?

You will be the highlight of someone’s day. As a Rapid Response Care Professional, you’ll be visiting vulnerable adults in the community in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. No two days are exactly the same, but your day might include:

• Helping someone get ready for the day with a bright 'good morning' (assisting with washing and dressing).
• Preparing a hearty breakfast or lunch.
• Most importantly, providing a listening ear, a friendly chat, and a bit of much-needed companionship.
