Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Southampton is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our growing Complex Care team. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills across various complex areas, including tracheostomy, ventilation, seizures, and stoma care.

Candidates should be willing to travel within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota, with daily shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care / rapid response is essential prior to interview.
• Experience could include tracheostomy care, peg feeding and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Join as Rapid Response Care Assistant with full training and clinical support.
• Develop skills in complex areas such as tracheostomy, ventilation, seizure management and stoma care.
• Willingness to travel to packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota.

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheostomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more!

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages withina 100-mile radiusand work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
