Advantage Healthcare in Crawley is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a young gentleman requiring PEG feed, oxygen management, and medication administration. You will join a newly created team delivering clinical care with a people-first approach in our care group.

Applicants should have a background in care, hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to their own vehicle. Full DBS check, comprehensive training, and career progression opportunities are provided.

What you'll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

For this particular role, we are creating a brand new team of complex carers to provide clinical care for a very young gentleman who requires support from PEG feed and oxygen management and medication administration.

Experience in the following would be extremely advantageous:

• Experience incomplex care
• PEG Feed Management
• Ventilation Support
• Medication Administration

The only main requirement is that you have a background in care anda full UK licence and access to your own vehicle.
