Job summary

CCH is recruiting a Rapid Response Care Assistant in Croydon. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex care, including ventilation, tracheostomy care and stoma care, plus more, with on-call duties across a 100-mile radius.

You must be willing to travel, cover regular days and nights on a rota, and help deliver high-quality care while growing professionally within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in complex care / rapid response is essential prior to interview.
• Experience could include ventilation support, tracheostomy care and peg feeding.

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more!

You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages withina 100-mile radiusand work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
