Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, Southampton, is seeking a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in complex areas such as tracheostomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
You must be willing to travel up to 100 miles within the rota and take on an on-call schedule. This role offers a people-first environment and opportunities to grow within the care teams.
Pay: Up to £19 per hour (£18 Monday - Friday / £19 Weekends)
Shifts: Covering regular days and nights on a rota basis
Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

You'll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you'll never know what challenges you're about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you'll be making your clients' days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Previous experience in complex care / rapid response is essential prior to interview. This experience could include tracheostomy care, peg feeding and medication administration.
