Job summary

WPP is seeking a highly autonomous Rapid Prototyping & Automation Developer to join the Global Automation Squad within the MFG Core Solution (Data and Tech). You will identify bottlenecks, design efficient workflows, and rapidly engineer PoCs to automate and streamline cross-functional processes.

You will own the lifecycle from concept to shipping robust internal tools, acting as a technical mentor and enabling automation best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building data integrations and APIs for data warehousing.
• Experience delivering end-to-end tooling for internal teams.
• Ability to prototype fast and ship usable internal products.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows to be tech-enabled.
• Build PoCs and internal tools to solve immediate needs.
• Engineer robust data toolchains via platform APIs (Google Ads, DV360, CM360, BigQuery).
• Deploy and manage automation on cloud infrastructure (GCP).
• Create tracking/diagnostic tools to monitor tool utilization and performance.
• Operate as an autonomous product engineer from idea to live solution.
