Job summary

DEPT® is a Growth Invention company delivering technology‑driven marketing services for leading brands. This role focuses on Creative Automation, overseeing end‑to‑end automation campaigns with a curious, technical mindset and a passion for transforming creative production.

You’ll lead problem‑solving, process optimisation and structured thinking, collaborating with design, data, and client teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality outputs and best‑practice workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, driven by process improvement and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Creative Automation projects from briefing to final delivery, including design, feed setup, testing, and QC.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and resource plans to keep projects on track.
• Consult on creative development to ensure automation feasibility and optimal workflows.
• Identify risks early and manage them to ensure seamless execution.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical teams to align objectives and outcomes.
• Support account planners and clients in automation discussions and best practices.
• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation of automation processes.
