dnata in London is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead a fast-paced baggage handling team. You will coach, guide and motivate staff to achieve operational targets while maintaining safety and adherence to procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, a valid UK/EU driving licence, and recent airport ramp experience. You will oversee loading/unloading, documentation, and equipment maintenance in a busy ground handling environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Full UK/EU driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Basic computer and system skills.
• At least 6 months of airport experience in a ramp or spur environment within the last 2 years.
• Strong focus on safety and maintaining a secure working environment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks, including 5-year history, criminal record check, and medical report.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous guidance and support to the team.
• Ensure safety and professionalism in all operations.
• Oversee loading/unloading and management of baggage products for aircraft, with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with airline SOPs and procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and charging to maximise availability.
• Manage accident areas and respond to incidents with care and professionalism.
• Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required by management.
