Job summary

dnata is seeking a Ramp Agent at Heathrow Airport to join a busy ground handling team. You will support loading baggage, cargo and mail, operate ground handling equipment, and help with aircraft towing and pushback.

The role requires fluent English, a full UK driving licence, and a safety-first mindset. You will work a 40-hour week on a 6-days-on/3-days-off roster with early and late shifts, contributing to on-time departures and secure ramp operations.

Qualifications

• Ramp experience or familiarity with heavy machinery.
• Ability to load/unload bags manually or via systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Full UK driving licence; minimum 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Load baggage, cargo and mail into the aircraft.
• Assist with aircraft towing and pushback operations.
• Operate in-plane loading systems and terminal baggage belts.
• Complete damage reports for equipment and baggage.
• Maintain ramp security and general housekeeping.
