Franklin Bates supports a UK not-for-profit organisation in appointing a Raiser’s Edge/NXT specialist to own the fundraising CRM and broader data capability. You will be the go-to expert for Raiser’s Edge / NXT, shaping the CRM’s future while hands-on with data quality, segmentation, reporting and day-to-day system management.
You will manage administration, integrations and governance, work with fundraising, marketing and finance to maximise data value, and ensure GDPR and Gift Aid compliance
We are supporting an established UK not-for-profit organisation who are looking for an experienced Raiser’s Edge specialist to take ownership of its fundraising CRM and wider database capability.
Sitting at the centre of fundraising, supporter engagement and reporting, you will be responsible for ensuring Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT is accurate, effective and continually evolving to meet the needs of the organisation.
This is a role for someone who likes to combine the bigger picture with the detail. You will help shape the future direction of the CRM while remaining hands-on with data quality, segmentation, reporting, processes, integrations and day-to-day system management.
Working across fundraising, marketing and finance, you will become the go-to person for Raiser’s Edge / NXT and take the lead on improving how the organisation manages and uses its supporter data.

You will bring significant experience working with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge / NXT or a comparable nonprofit CRM, alongside a strong understanding of how good data management can support fundraising performance.

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
37.5 hours per week, typically 09:00–17:30.
20 days’ annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
