Job summary

Amulet is seeking an experienced security officer for our prestigious client. The role covers front of house security, concierge meet & greet, and staff/customer security checks to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for information, performing patrols, managing access control, and responding to incidents with professionalism. A strong team player with good communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Frontline security experience and customer service focus.
• SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required at present or soon.
• Optional First Aid at Work certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for customer information.
• Perform front of house security and concierge duties.
• Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Control access and monitor security systems as needed.
• Respond to incidents promptly and liaise with authorities when required.
• Keep detailed records of incidents and collaborate with team.
