Job summary

Siemens UK is recruiting a Degree Apprentice aligned to the Level 6 Project Manager apprenticeship. You will support planning and delivery of railway signalling and control projects, collaborating with engineering, software and installation teams to keep projects on track while developing PM skills in schedules, budgets, resources, risks and safety.

The programme runs up to 48 months with virtual day release, provider Cumbria University, and a permanent role awaits on successful completion.

Qualifications

• 96 UCAS points or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grade 4/above including Maths & English, or 3 A Levels/BTEC C or above.
• Logical thinking, self-learning, problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of railway signalling and control projects.
• Work with engineering, software and installation teams to keep projects coordinated.
• Develop project management skills in schedules, budgets, resources, risks and safety.
• Build communication and stakeholder management skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
