Qualifications

• Candidates must have achieved or be on track to achieve 96 UCAS points.
• You will have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including maths and English language or 3 A Levels (or BTEC equivalent) at grade C or above.
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

Responsabilités

• Support the planning and delivery of railway signalling and control projects.
• Work alongside a variety of teams, including engineering, software and installation specialists.
• Develop your project management skills in areas such as project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and safety requirements.
• Build your communication and stakeholder management skills with colleagues, customers, suppliers and other project partners to support the successful delivery of safe and reliable rail solutions.
