Job summary

Siemens Mobility Limited is offering a Level 6 Project Management Degree Apprenticeship. This four-year programme combines hands-on project work with formal training, culminating in a degree and a potential permanent role upon completion. You will learn across diverse teams and be aligned to a project management pathway from day one.

The role focuses on planning, delivery, and coordination of complex rail projects with support from mentors and a structured apprenticeship development plan.

Qualifications

• 96 UCAS points or equivalent (on track to achieve)
• 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above including maths and English
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of projects
• Work alongside engineering, software and installation specialists to keep projects coordinated and on track
• Develop your project management skills in areas such as schedules, budgets, resources, risks and safety requirements
• Build communication and stakeholder management skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers
